Susan Johnson has spent her entire career in the aviation industry, beginning with obtaining her aircraft dispatch license. She has worked closely with commercial and general aviation companies, providing support across fuel, avionics, charter, ground transportation, marketing, and maintenance. She currently serves as Director of Marketing and Communications for VP Aviation Technical Services, connecting Airlines, OEMs, MROs, and Repair Stations with experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, whether through Mobile Response Teams for AOG and special projects or via aviation staffing solutions.

Her strengths include insider knowledge of both business and commercial aviation, a diverse range of technical skills spanning marketing and aviation, and a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.

Susan comes from a family of aviation enthusiasts, including air traffic controllers, pilots, and her daughter, who is an A&P Mechanic and now works for the FAA as an Aviation Safety Inspector.

Beyond making an impact in the aviation industry, Susan finds joy in watching her children grow and pursue their purpose in the world.
